USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.

PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of purchasing a service. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by Aurora Allied Health, including but not limited to therapy materials, content, graphics, and strategy documents, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes business strategies, client data, therapy techniques, and other proprietary information not publicly known.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Aurora Allied Health will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Aurora Allied Health harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any linked websites and do not endorse these services.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services after the changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
