Imogen

Occupational Therapist

Imogen is a mental health Occupational Therapist with experience working with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns in both public and private mental health systems.

She graduated from Curtin University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy at ECU in 2021 to further develop her skills as a mental health therapist. Imogen has experience providing both individual and group psychotherapy.

Imogen adopts a warm, empathic, and compassionate approach to therapy, focusing on supporting individuals in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering self-compassion, acquiring skills to address their mental health concerns, and supporting them in making meaningful changes in their lives.

Imogen's therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-focused, and affirming. It draws on a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and schema therapy approaches.
