I thoroughly enjoy building collaborative therapeutic relationships with clients and their support networks. I have experience working with people through Medicare, or that have been recipients of NDIS or Home Care packages, ranging at least from 6 years to 90+ years.
Diet-related concerns that I have managed include, for example, overweight/obesity, underweight, restrictive eating patterns, tube-supported feeding, diabetes, and high cholesterol. These kinds of concerns among others have typically been situated within a broader context of challenging anatomical, physiological, and/or psychosocial factors. Such factors include, for example, dysphagia (i.e., difficulty swallowing), irritable bowel syndrome, neurodegeneration, autism, sensory processing disorder, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
